The United States Armbrust Association pretty much came apart at the seams dividing the organization between those at the USANA club in New Jersey led by Skip Myers and Dick Neill and the rest of the organization located elsewhere.

As a result only a small team from the USANA club attended the 1993 IAU World Championships and there were no 30m shooters at all. It was not one of our finest hours as it was the USA's worst performance ever.

The September 1993 IAU Address List shows James Meredith as a member of the IAU Match Technical Committee, Skip Myers as the IAU Vice President - Americas and Rolfe Smith as the Chairman of the IAU Field Technical Committee.
